The links is famed for its natural character — no two consecutive holes play in the same direction, ensuring that the wind provides a constant and varying challenge.
Visitors are welcome on weekdays only, with advance booking essential and a valid handicap certificate required. The club maintains strict guest policies and requests that all visitors adhere to the dress code. Green fees range from €280 to €300 depending on the season. Portmarnock Golf Club is located approximately 12 kilometres from Dublin city centre and 12 minutes from Dublin Airport, making it one of the most accessible world-class links courses in Ireland.
